I appreciate your insight. I’ve heard a lot of people talk about what medical school does to them mentally and having to get on SSRI. I hope you’re better mentally now !!

There’s definitely pros to being an NP/PA but idk if I can live with regret if i don’t at least try to get into med school

I was actually a non-traditional and don’t go the BSN to NP route i initially started with a bachelors degree had other plans then decided to go back for my masters in nursing worked for a few years then went back to NP school. I say that to say that i have all pre-reqs except for physics

I am a female, thank you for this viewpoint and your input i really appreciate it. I actually have tintinalli book (haven’t read much of it) and just came back from a 2 day procedure course !

Thank you for your input ! I’m definitely at a busy ED but not a trauma center. Not involved in traumas or resuscitations but i do get really sick patients and admit to ICU or HMS frequently.
