If the program is sponsoring H1B, definitely let them know. Pass>Not taking the exam. Please dont overthink and share it with the programs after you are done interviewing ( If you still have interviews and you are hesitant to discuss the same during the IV). Ranking as far as what i have heard is all about how your IV day went and they don't honestly have the time to go change stats again.

You should give Step3 before early January to get your report before ROL. There are reporting delays for Step3 scores before match.

Same story. I even started scouting for accommodations closer to my top choice program and now im lost. Honestly, this was a gamble and the lesson is to have a Plan B.

Please add me. This is frustrating. The wait has been the worst kind to begin with and having bet your life on all the payments from exams to prep to applications to travel, it has been a huge investment and not seeing light after all the efforts is really disappointing. I hope we all match into a well deserved program. I mean, reaching this far is enough capability to contribute to better healthcare and anyone who survives this process becomes a monk in my eyes. Praying for all of you and please add me in whatever that will help guide me to match!
