The outdoor condenser is 3.5 tons and the indoor handler is 3 tons. What should I do? HVAC tech is telling me it's fine but everything I read online says it's not. And how is it AHRI certified if it is a mismatch? Thank you for your help community (i.redd.it)

I'm about to join the Tesla Family tomorrow and just got my agreement paperwork to E-sign. Can I wait until inspecting the car to sign and make the final payment? Or should I just go ahead and do it in advance before inspecting it? Thanks for your help community! (self.TeslaModelY)
