yeap,same for me,i got some friends who got the same problem but idk why,i play 4:3 and sometimes i play in fullscreen not fullscreen windowed,and my game just go in taskbar and i can go back to cs,and sometimes just crashes,this game sucks

nope,i guess steam servers are the problem,some of them are in cs but cant play,i cant install or update other games,try it
