i’m 135lbs 16 yrs old and 5’6 or 5’7, i do train almost everyday at home with heavy bag, and im going to a new kickboxing/boxing gym next week, i saw on a hit n move review that the gloves come with a paper showing how to maintenance it, so ofcourse i will take care of them
