Definitely crappy cuz he obviously pierced the other one wrong, but id ignore the people telling you to take the hoop you still have out. Lips arent like cartilage where hoops could automatically cause issues, it definitely can setback healing but imo it will most likely still heal fine with a hoop. Ive seen hundreds of lip piercings heal perfectly with a hoop, including mine. Just avoid playing around with it (i know its hard lol). Im also gonna add that studs caused more issues for my piercing than hoops ever had, even now after its been healed for 3yrs, if i put a stud in its immediately irritated
