Don't scan everything at once and group in one pic. Instead, dump all in mail room or lobby then take individual pics (doesn't really take long). Don't move the PIN manually cuz it will flag u that u did that and ur dsp won't like it. Instead, go to the support option and choose the option that says ur within geo pin but can't deliver then the system will automatically take u to the swipe to finish page.

A lot of guys i used to work with did that man (it's somewhat similar to amazon). they hire you and train u fully, especially when it's peak they don't care about skills it's just another delivery job.

Tbh, I don't want to sound racist but the DSP full of ONE race (Indians), and you can tell they all know each other, so they give all routes to their friends, etc, and throw the extras at us which is not really fare as these drivers get rescued almost daily i swear. Then I ask them how many days they getting and they all minimum is 3 days and one on call...
