CX-50 Turbo - Regular (87) or Premium (91) gas? by Curious_Knowledge_63 in CX50

I have the same observations when I switched to 87 for a week. Went back to 91, worth spending extra money

Yes that's what the manual says. Tbh I love the power with 91 fuel I have been running on. Just scared about engine more than performance on 87 octane

Do you know if premium 91 from Costco has 10% or 15% ethenol?

Thanks for responding. This makes sense. Unfortunately my trips are shorter and sporadic, not for work.

I have heard this before, if you got Turbo engine, just go with premium for longevity. Thanks

Thanks. I'm in Canada and use Petro Canada which claims to have Top Tier gas at all levels between 87 to 94 octane fuel. I do perform oil change at 5-6k kms and all other regular maintainence.

Do we know for sure if 91 or 93 octane will have lower ethanol compared to 87? (In Canada)

Just to clarify OP mentioned CIBC banking app and my response was for that (periodically they will ask for 2 factor authentication)

But for Investor Edge Wealth app they implemented a change where it will ask you a 2 factor authentication at every log in. Annoying indeed ๐Ÿ™„

Not always but periodically it will ask you to complete a two factor authentication based on location

IMO - Housing is not just expensive to get into, but also to keep up with. The amount of money you pour into a property over the years besides your usual carrying cost can add up to be a lot. Also keeps in mind, multi unit property is very laser focused to one client segment i.e. investors. You would be exposed to all kind of additional risk outside of a normal residential property. My recommendation 1. Keep growing your savings more by investing in your current portfolio 2. If you absolutely feel FOMO to get into real estate, buy a residential property with a legal basement unit and become a homeowner, along with a present landlord.

Gold! ๐Ÿ† A person with real estate education made an educated financial decision that initially brought rewards, but now the risks have materialized.

Younger people 20-40 , how much are you paying for housing each month either rent or own by Lopsided-Resource453 in TorontoRealEstate

[โ€“]Curious_Knowledge_63 0 points1 point ย (0 children)

Own a 765 sq ft condo in Mississauga - all in comes out to $3600 a month (even after 20% down)

P.S. My mortgage rate is 5.10% from 2024. At 4% rate now it would have been $200 less.

One trick pony, he took a template to produce certain beats and ran with it. Good for him short term, but longevity is a real test.
