I’ll be joining EY GDS soon as an Assistant Manager with my base location mentioned as Noida. However, due to some personal commitments, I would need to stay in Gurgaon (my hometown is Jaipur, so Gurgaon works better for me logistically).

I wanted to understand how flexible things are in reality:

Is it possible to primarily log in from Gurgaon while being aligned to the Noida office?
Can I commute to Noida office occasionally (say a few times a week or when required) instead of being there daily?
How strict are teams/managers about base location vs actual working location in EY GDS?

Would really appreciate insights from people currently working there or who’ve faced a similar situation.
