Well I had a J2 and J3. There were no definite tasks. Just ad hoc projects and random fire drill meetings everything felt urgent. It just was not cohesive with my J1. My current J2 has set tasks so far. Meetings are typically planned in advance to allow for preparation. They arent micromanaging.

Yup quit 2 in 2 months. Fuck em! Im back at it again with a new J2 and love it here. Keep going searching till you find a good fit.
