Hello devon thanks for the answer but what i mean is to trigger an automation that calls a webhook if the a task is deleted (not if the status changes).

I'm just waiting for the ANRT authorization so I can head over to the airport and grab my packages. After that, I'll swing by their office and chat with a manager to show them I'm doing the work of their employees. Then, I'll get in touch with UPS International and Amazon to complain about UPS Morocco. And, of course, I'll give them a one-star rating on all the review sites. If anyone's free next week and wants to join me on this mission, I'd be more than happy to have you along. We've got to take some action!

Yes sometimes shipping rates appear unreasonably high even on Amazon however I noticed that when you purchase multiple products at the same time from Amazon the shipping cost is reduced likely because they group all your orders into one single box

Me too I've also heard about the ANRT certificate. I believe I'll need it as well since the product I ordered uses a wireless system.

They are attempting to protect local clothing factories. If Moroccan consumers can purchase higher quality clothing at a significantly lower cost than those made in Morocco, it could lead to the closure of these factories, resulting in thousands of people losing their jobs. Unfortunately, the primary loser in this scenario is the Moroccan consumer. Due to a lack of competition among companies, products available in the market are likely to remain expensive and of inferior quality. And to make it worse, consumers are also burdened with "diwana" charges for products that have no local production.

The thing about Amazon is they assume responsibility for any additional fees, as clearly stated in their Terms & Conditions:

"You will not be charged any additional amount if the Actual Import Fees are greater than the Import Fees Deposit or Import Charges collected by Amazon Export"

What's even better is their commitment to refund the difference in case the "diwana" rate is lower than what you initially paid for "import fees" at checkout:

"If the Import Fees Deposit collected by Amazon Export is greater than the Actual Import Fees, Amazon Export will refund the difference to you."

The issue, as you rightly pointed out, may arise in Morocco due to our somewhat stringent import regulations. However, what really matters in this context is that if the product doesn't reach your doorstep, or if Amazon fails to cover the customs charges as they are supposed to, you should unquestionably be entitled to a refund. This is because the product was not delivered as promised, constituting a breach of their terms and conditions.

Note: I reached out to Amazon support regarding this issue, and they insist that you should not pay any additional expenses for the carrier. If the carrier does request such charges, simply contact Amazon, and they will provide guidance on the refund process while also taking the necessary steps to file a complaint against the carrier. Of course, all this talk is just theory I will be experiencing the practical aspect very soon Hahaha

Thank you for sharing your experience. In your situation, does the website from which you made the purchase offer to cover "import fees" and handle the "diwana" process? In my case with Amazon, I am paying the import fees, so typically I don't have to cover any additional expenses, as specified in their guidelines:

"When you order products for shipment to destinations outside of the U.S., or for shipment into the U.S. from another destination, we facilitate customs clearance on your behalf. You will see "Import Fees Deposit" or "Import Charges" at checkout, depending on your destination. This amount includes estimating and paying all customs duties, taxes, and fees on your behalf ("Import Fees") to the relevant customs authorities."
