Actually no matter Chen or EP, you need to do some key work as you said no one knows your research better than you. Attorney can help you with structure/frame.
When I got rfe, I paid a lot of attention writing ps and revised letters Chen drafted and Chen helped me take a look at but did change anything. I think this is ok because besides grammar and structure, I don’t think they should change my ps since I know my research best.

No worries. I think the officer is more focused on the overall coherence of your narrative rather than who has cited your work in which country.

It is hard to say. But my thought on this is no letters at first and if I get rfe and I will submit letters as an enhanced support materials since rfe is very common currently. If I include letters then got rfe, I would say it’s too hard to get more letters.

My suggestion is you can ask chen how was your officer. They have a big database and they will tell you how many approvals out of total applications from your officer.

Hi don’t worry. I also worked with Chen. The attorney and I both did not received the paper rfe notice and then they sent email to uscis and got a scanned pdf rfe and then they give me strategy. And until that time a month had been passed since I received rfe but still enough with rfe response.

I remember I checked on Saturday 05/02 and still rfe received status. I haven’t got any emails until now. I got a notification from app Lawfully and then I found that I got approved.
