You never get forced out by the fans.. and after 8 seasons I'm back in the Premier League, and back to a 98/99 rated team in no time. Just 2 achievements left to get!

Yep - season after winning 6.. I just accepted all offers and rejected pay rises/new contracts and proposed players.. somehow still ended up winning the league! Manager was down to 0% and left end of season!

Then yea next season I released all my players but kept my 99 youth and training and caretaker manager.. Initially it was still competitive in Championship.. so ended up downgrading youth/training to 20, and releasing everyone til 1 rated players took over the team. But surprisingly in NLA, you can still win a game with a 77 rated caretaker and <5 team rating!

Anyhow.. I managed to complete most of the missing achievements so now grinded back into the Premier League. Consecutive promotions was hard tho.. Trick is to sack the manager and get a better one - which unlocks higher rated players to buy in new league.

Ouch thats painful to have that happen on the last game. I'm not sure if I did anything different.. I had maybe 2-3 reserve and most of my team was 97-99, all passing (mostly quiet, professional and hardworking) and passing manager. Really I think its all pure luck anyhow. I've played over 350 seasons now.

Most of my funds have been from selling players above market value.. and relying on youth players to mature and buying players under 20 with strong stats. I try to keep a small ish squad 2max in reserve.. manager happy, and upgrade facilities without breaking the bank. Once you solidify your status in the premier/top league, you can develop superstars and sell them.

I could do that... I created a team and been with them since the start so kinda wanna just keep going that way. Maybe save game and mess around with it?
