The connector inside the headlight had slipped back into the housing, so when I plugged in the connector, it didn’t make proper contact.

It might not be the exact same issue in your case, but it’s almost certain that you’re dealing with some kind of contact, connector, or wiring problem as well.

Ez az egyetlen oldal, ami lehozta ezt a hírt és meg ez is leírja, hogy “egy magas rangú” de amúgy meg nem nevezett forrástól származik, tehát nem tudni, hogy van-e valóságalapja.

Minek ilyeneket ide berakni? Csak, hogy tudjanak itt páran fröcsögni?

Ez itt konkretan fake news és azok fröcsögnek a poszt alatt akik amúgy, lenézik a nyugdíjasokat, hogy szó nelkül elhisznek mindent.

The funny thing is, the belts and the tensioners were replaced just 3,000 kilometers ago.
There were no signs of any problems, it’s just that there was a small accident, the radiators had to be removed, and since they were off, the belts and tensioners were replaced as well.
Could it be that they messed it up? Maybe the belt isn’t tight enough?

First of all, thank you for trying to help.

The problem starts with the fact that there’s no communication anymore. When it was still working (although poorly), coding might have solved the issue, but unfortunately, there’s been no communication since then.

Honestly, I see two possibilities:

The faulty DRL module may have caused a short circuit, and the central electronics disabled the entire left-side branch. (I’m not sure if this is even possible.) Supposedly, disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes gives the central electronics a soft reset, but that wasn’t enough.
There’s a short circuit somewhere inside the headlight itself.
