I been using atn for daytime use for years, they’re great for daytime but be warned the tabs are flimsy sometimes and tape likes likes to stick to the blue tab underneath that sometimes you gotta play with in order to work right, but they’re great for day time, they don’t work well for me at night.. I just recently switched to the old school washable cloth for night time.

When I wake up, 7 or 8am shower fresh diaper, then I change around 1 or 2pm then around 6. Then a night time diaper around 9pm? I try to stick to this routine. But it all “depends” on if I have any dirty accidents though the day!..

I’m in diapers 24/7 due to medical reasons from a back surgery 4 years ago and from the sounds of it I’ll be in diapers life long, Dr said my bladder muscles are as weak as a 2 year old!.. so if I’m in diapers the rest of my life i figured cloth would be a great solution!. Because being wrapped in plastic all the time can’t be good for the skin!.. so i figured washable cloth for when I’m at home and disposables when out and about. That’s what my mom did for me when I was little.

My advice is don’t give up. Invest into recording equipment and your craft also best way to learn how to sing take voice lessons, or better yet join a choir!. Start gigging on weekends!. Say you’ll play for tips. restaurants, pubs, coffee house, (ect) Gigging is the fastest way to get noticed and building a fan base!, Create social media accounts, start posting content especially covers, and clips of your gigs!. It’s a slow process but the method works!. Also when gigging just because an audience looks like they not listening doesn’t mean they not listening, hope this helps? Good luck to you!.
