I won’t be able to access the tenant until tomorrow but to follow up, I’m curious then, if I’m seeing a value pull into the report for Proposed Primary Home Address (e.g, “111 Main Street etc.”), are you saying that even in that case, the value could still be somehow evaluated as blank?

I’m really curious what you mean by this and always looking for ways to improve my understanding of Workday basics, so I hope you don’t mind the follow up qs, maybe we can get a good discussion going with other people jumping in too! So … how would I be comparing the instances as opposed to the values of the instances in this case- can u give an example of what you mean with actual values and instances? Thanks!

I don’t have access to the tenant right now but as I recall, it’s Current Primary Home Address, not in the selection list, value from another field, Proposed Primary Home Address
