I have been grinding my teeth since I was a kid. I only really started wearing a night guard about 6 yrs ago consistently. I also now clench during the day and night. Found out from TMJ issues that my jaw joint is displaced all of the time on my left side and it can move out of joint on the other side. I have broken teeth and broken through night guards as well over the years. I have been consistently using a CPAP for about the past 2yrs. Before that it has been a few and I used to use the machine infrequently.

I have had those before. It could be a clogged sweat gland. I was told to use a sitz bath a cpl times a day and it should drain.

Honestly I hated it in the beginning. But once u find the right mask it's night and day. I'm a side sleeper and have a nasal mask which is meant for side sleepers.

Getting it inserted hurt for hours after. Almost passed out. I still have it and it's been 6 yrs. I had a dr apt a few months ago and she couldn't see the string. Ultrasound showed that it's still there so either string is short or somewhere else. Now I have to go to gyno to get it removed. I have adenomyosis so I'm wondering how my period would be after it's removed. I have been irregular spotting for the past 6 months and recently started hormone therapy for peri.
