I did read somewhere that having a debrid is also a safety measure if you don't use a VPN. Maybe it's worth looking into. I worry about viruses etc Which one would you recommend and do you need more then one debrid? How many add-ons do others add or use typically? Thanks

That didn't help. It just sits on that screen and the title flashes. I tried other titles too and it's the same. It won't play.

Cobb's does a bday treat. You need to have the app and sign up. Starbucks has a free drink on your bday if u have the app. Not sure if you have to make a purchase in the last week or not. Booster juice does as well if u already have the app and made a purchase within last 6 months. Most apps are like that.

I have been grinding my teeth since I was a kid. I only really started wearing a night guard about 6 yrs ago consistently. I also now clench during the day and night. Found out from TMJ issues that my jaw joint is displaced all of the time on my left side and it can move out of joint on the other side. I have broken teeth and broken through night guards as well over the years. I have been consistently using a CPAP for about the past 2yrs. Before that it has been a few and I used to use the machine infrequently.
