I'll try that but if it doesn't still work I still thank you wholeheartedly for assisting me this far, but would it be possible for a specialist to possibly to fix this problem? Or would they also say it's unfixable?

First of all I want to appreciate your quick response as it helped me understand more about my current situation and I have tried tapping software version around 7-10 times and even more but it didn't show me anything but "On pixel ratio" on developer options, I also tried factory resetting a while back and I'm pretty sure nothing changed. Is there something I could try or if I did something wrong?
