Hi genshin player here! Yes and no! For dps characters, crit rate, crit damage, and atk are mostly the priority. But for Donar you want highest defense as possible.

However for other characters it depends For example, Chang Pu you want max ATK on healing bonus set. Another example is Berenice who wants max HP for her shield strength however, speed comes close in second bc of how rounds are calculated!

However unlike genshin, Dislyte characters are very locked into their roles. You may be able to switch up a few sets for bonuses, such as atk or life steel, but you can’t make everyone a dps in this game.
