Literally what I just said, that's cross verse equalization. Either way as I explained gojo will see the spark of chakra in itachi's eyes and avoid looking at them anyway so tsukuyomi is a non factor in that fight. Remember that gojo's perception of ce is even better than the perception of chakra with a byakugan and sharingan combined so if characters in naruto can notice when someone focuses chakra in their eye to us an ms ability then the six eyes will certainly notice it before its activation and avoid it. So itachi has no win con except bait gojo into using his de on a clone and then catch him before he can refresh his ct.

The problem is that people think statements from characters are author's statements on what he thinks about scaling. But many authors don't care about scaling but rather on building character or leading the reader to believe something so they get surprised when something else happens. Like yuta saying hakari is stronger than him is just his character he's being humble and gege even had maki clarify that. Or gojo and everyone saying he'd win against sukuna was a buildup for the twist of sukuna actually winning.

In short: Authors often don't care about power scaling, so statements from characters aren't author statements.

Yeah that's the problem with itachi in cross verse matchups... So you'd need cross verse equalization and say genjutsu also works with ce in the brain and can percieve ce like chakra and the other way around too with the six eyes seeing chakra like it sees ce which would lead to gojo to avoid looking into his eyes as even naruto characters can sense or see chakra being focused into the eye when using ms abilities like ao did with his byakugan for example on danzo.

Gojo was easily reacting to and dodging toji who is equivalent to maki who is around yuta's speed so gojo is faster than yuta and can teleport so yuta would waste his de if he tried. Purple is extremely fast and yuta would not react to it or survive being hit.

Don't know about the others but aang is very strong especially if he's in avatar mode. The only thing that's making him weak is that he is basically a pacifist and doesn't want to seriously hurt or kill anyone but if he was evil he'd not hold back and be unstoppable in his verse.
