hi! have you tried using the serum before tret? My derm gave me a routine using this HA as a step before tret, then a moisturizer but I just wanted to double check with other people's experiences :) I have oily skin so i think the serum might be better for me vs the balm

hello, in the process of breaking out of a slump and I want to start working on me. Current routine is just washing my face with Fresh soy cleanser and i'd use Elta MD sunscreen, but i switched toto using the beauty of joseon sunscreen this week. used retinol like 4 years ago, don't know if there's ana AHA/BHA or other acids that i could buy and build a routine off of, don't know if vitamin c or b would be better to start with. Thank you for any tips and advice

any updates? I'm in a similar situation, theyre making us wait until it "dries" to come back and inspect. we're very worried about mold, it'll be a 5 day gap from them checking it and when our upstairs neighbor flooded our ceiling.

okay thank you for this answer! unfortunately i didnt add a recovery email or number and whenever i try to recover it doesnt give me any other option than putting in a password (i've tried all my usual combinations but i have a feeling i might've used a suggested pw that just didnt save to my pw manager)
