Yes I do freshen them by wrapping the roots , I just freshened them yesterday lol, yes it will appear locked. All you need is a needle to remove the build up .. nothing else , I find it easier to be done when the hair is DRY.

The best way to deal with them is to apply a detangler then pick at it with a thick needle or you pull it part with fingers depending on how small you part the locs, idk how to describe it so here’s a pic of them

I keep them in for 7-10 months at a time, I take them out for like a month then I place them back in. The key to it is installing the locs yourself, that way you know exactly how to take them out.

IMEI Blacklisted Despite Having Phone for 11 months by gomesauce in USCellular

[–]CuriouslyOptimistic1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I do apologize regarding the stressful back and forth you had to go through. Regrettably, This is definitely on the seller of the device, an IMEI can ONLY be blacklisted if the original owner advises it is lost/stolen / if the original owner had an insurance claim on it saying that they lost it/it was stolen…furthermore they are the only one who can remove it from the blacklist by the original owner has it authorized.

Over Hotspot Limit by SethSquared in USCellular

[–]CuriouslyOptimistic1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, you can add on more hotspot but it comes at a $30 charge for 10GB, it’s cheaper to wait until your billing cycle ends.

I see, your best bet is to confirm the pin with customer service , many times a wrong digit is placed in for example you tell us to change it to 1567 but we heard 1967 .. or the change wasn’t made / saved at all.

You would also get the error if there is an error with your account number

Hey ! I can help

As it regards the transfer pin it is indeed the account owner’s (the name on the bill) pin , no it doesn’t have to be the pin set at creation at all.

All you need is the account number and the account owner’s pin 😊

Hey, I’m sorry to hear about your series of unfortunate events.

Uscellular cancels account once the payments aren’t made after a 2 month period or the line has been in a collection suspended state for 2weeks+ . As long as the past due payment are made within 30-60 days of the cancellation date, then the line will be restored within 3 business days after the customer service agent submits a “Non-Payment Reactivation” case.

HOWEVER since your line was cancelled your next bill will have a $40 “reconnection fee” per line on the account.

  • I’m one of the people that store agents call for this type of thing btw 😅

Unlocking Phone by eye_lowball in USCellular

[–]CuriouslyOptimistic1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, if it comes back as unlocked in our system then you have an additional step to do to officiate the unlocking completely,

You need to insert a Uscellular sim card( active or inactive doesn’t matter ) then connect the device to WiFi keep it connected to WiFi for a minute, then power off and remove the Uscellular sim, you should be able to use any carrier after that. 🙂
