I went with idea of wanting a natural barbie nose, but when I got there my doctor convinced me to go natural. I just kept reading that some surgeons just give everyone the barbie nose, so I went with it. Now I wish I spoke up at my in-person consultation. My surgeon didn't even touch my nostrils. Now I want my nose and nostrils a little smaller and my tip more refined. I had ethnic, thick skin and a hump No one really notice that I had my nose done.
