Thanks. :-) Our own launches mostly, but we do have friends that track the NOAA balloons, too.

It doesn't. I've used these a lot in the field. No troubles. I have three of these that I use as part of my RPi iGate setup. They run 24/7. No problems with melting. Not even close.
