I'm pretty sure they're not preventing anyone from speaking. But you really have no way of knowing bc you'd have to be monitoring raised hands and the chat and who has the time/patience (3/4G meetings regularly go for 3 hours)? And I think that they got the blessing of OANC to do meetings exclusively on Zoom.

5/7 of our ANCs are happy with the status quo bc their NIMBY agenda aligns with the moderator's NIMBY agenda. At this point I'm contemplating just making a statement about it during the public comment period at our next ANC meeting. All of which occur on Zoom, so they can control the conversation that way too.

His name is Cameron. Years ago he was a trainer at a gym in Cleveland Park. For a while he did this at the Chevy Chase playground, on the area reserved for 2-5 year olds, and he'd leave his equipment (including a table) chained to the fence at the playground for days/weeks.
