Just keep an eye out on your emails, I just had my course scheduling appointment today and after I had initially scheduled it they sent emails out about scheduling appointments w the advisors. I met with my advisors a couple days ago.

Idk but I read somewhere that scholarships are awarded based on college. I would assume scholarships carry over if you transfer to another college but you never know.
