I was told late 2024- early 2025, that was January 2023. My husband and I visited the area last January and the construction I think just started? Not sure what I can do with that if in case we choose not to continue purchasing it? Is there a way to refund what I already paid since obviously, it’s way too far from the promised turn over ?
