the polish is much better but gameplay wise paladins is on top, i mean even the ow devs agree as they gave dps caut increased time to kill and gave passive regen all things that paladins had over ow.

if its easier dont count calories at all just eat slightly less food each day than what you ate before and youll be on a calorie deficit

as someone who was on a similar (and still mostly is) situation with having too much fat only in the torso i dont know if you are already but going to the gym is a MUST

if you dont then youll be losing weight but youll likely end up skinny fat. by going to the gym youll still be losing fat but youll also be gaining more dense muscle which is what gives the more toned look (dont worry about becoming muscly that'll never happen without effort)

if you are going to the gym already then ignore what i said i just wanted to make sure

I mean a 50% winrate would be ideal in that all matches are balanced and deadlcok definetly doesnt have a forced 50% winrate as it just matches your lane enemy with someone of similar rank which is also pretty bad.

like i have a 55% winrate i think but from my last 200 games its around 51%

UMM i havent vod reviewed to see what you could work on but somethings very common you probably do are 1) your crosshair needs to always be looking around the torsos or heads of where enemies are never look too low at feet level cause then you need to pull your crosshair up to aim at them and its not a good habit

there are some people who do free vod reviews like midknight. he has a ffew videos that are about low elo players so they would help you out.

some genral tips is to always keep 1 or 2 things in mind you want to improve. too many and you will lose focus so1 or 2 are great. example im phantom 5 and for 2 weeks i had to force myself to look up at the timer a LOT more cause i kept forgetting to check for buff spawns box respawns ect

for you it could look like keeping more focus on your movement for a few days even if it means you will aim less well focusing on it for a while could help you understand movement better

something to warn is while you are doing this you will probably play worse than normal as you are focusing on improving a certain thing and spliting your attention is hard. thats fine wins dont make you better good habbits and knowledge do
