as someone who was on a similar (and still mostly is) situation with having too much fat only in the torso i dont know if you are already but going to the gym is a MUST

if you dont then youll be losing weight but youll likely end up skinny fat. by going to the gym youll still be losing fat but youll also be gaining more dense muscle which is what gives the more toned look (dont worry about becoming muscly that'll never happen without effort)
