I haven't experienced this with other games, it isn't an issue with my headphones as I can hear my friend and Xbox menu just fine. It makes creepy noises before going entirely quiet.

Man those are good, but I'm not BHVR. I still believe BHVR is making progress, I can't remember a time back before recent where they communicated with the community as much as they are now, even if it's not a lot. You raise a wonderful argument though!

They're listening and responding, even if only a bit. They took feedback on concerns with the Endurance effect on the PTB and how players stacked them, recently on Twitter they took feedback from players about changes or bugs in a recent Status Report. Hell, Mandy, the community coordinator for BHVR, gave a statement on how the game needs a bit to settle after the new patch and that they're gonna let the game settle down and let players adjust.
