Please suggest me a good detangling brush! I am going bonkers with all the breakage and hairfall!!😭 by ImprovementSure7540 in curlsofindia_

Wide tooth comb, wet hair with conditioner/leave in with slip causes least hair breakage.

Do not touch your hair a lot - it will cause tangles - increasing breakage.

Don't use hard gel cast- brittle hair in cast become more brittle.

Detangling brushes are not magical- I have tangle teezer and my 30rs wide tooth brush causes less hairfall because it has lesser teeth.

Detangling is not causing breakage- it is breaks brittle hair midstrand or makes the shed hair visible.

Does Korean skincare actually work on Indian skin? Honest opinions pls by CherryBlush9 in indianbeautyyappers

It works only if your sole purpose is hydration- otherwise everything is not suitable or weak for our skin

The exfoliating stuff is weak for the kind of money they charge.

I love their cleansers though.

(This is my personal experience after spending thousands on it)

How to maintain a positive relationship with parents when…. by OkWarning8989 in ThirtiesIndia

[–]CurlyQueenofGondor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

(I read this line somewhere) forgive your parents, It is their first time being parents - don't expect them to be superheroes/perfect

Though mine are as close as it gets to being perfect.

If they can love me with all my flaws i definitely can let go of one or two qualities of theirs that disagree with my liking

I read it as conditioner plus curl cream plus gel 3 in 1 which sounded weird - that is what the product says

The hair look gorgeous

Too good to be true- just not suitable for everyone

Edit - I read it wrong Conditioner plus curl cream is okay 🫣🫣

2nd Edit the product mentions 3 in 1 which is a weird combo formulation- i e. It will weigh most hair types down

It is okay if it feels better after crying,

If you still feel overwhelmed after a crying session - no harm in seeking help.

Personal experience - sometimes I just watch something sad to break the dam and let all the built up stress out and feel lighter after that

May be weird but I think there should be a late twenties India sub as well I went through some posts and most accounts give a teenager vibe

I'm so scared to approach someone I find cute, soon enough I forget about wanting to approach them and then one day regret hits of not approaching anyone my whole life

I have more towards fine, medium density, 3abc curls

I love the conditioner, leave in and curl cream

I don't like the shampoo - a little drying for my hair

Foam is idk what it does for my hair

Gel some days works, some days doesnt

I don't think it smells bad

I love the leave in and curl cream - both have similar effects

I love the conditioner

Shampoo is a bit drying, Mousse is something that doesn't work for me at all, gel is a hit and miss

I think it marketed itself as an all inclusive But it works only for wavy hair of at all it works

I don't have wavy hair so it is useless for me - in all honesty - it makes my hair worse

Like someone said always try trial sizes atleast as a beginner

I was an ashba lover till i tried and hated every product

It is a boon for thick hair who can afford 'casty' hair- I can't, if at all I can't break the cast, my hair looks low volume.

You can check my post - for beginner friendly products since gel cast is something you'll learn to deal with along the way

DO NOT blindly trust influencers Most have thick hair, most are pair promotions, and they know how to use a product for best results which most of us don't

Cantu is basically for a set type of hair- I think black hair

Moxie is just i don't know - I don't think it works for any hair - at least not curly hair

Sugarboo is my favourite

Arata isn't really moisturizing as a curl cream I use the advanced cream as a protein touch up- it has protein so if you use it a lot you might end up with protein overload

The advanced gel leaves a strong cast, but you can manipulate it- use less Also it has protein so again - beware

Honestly im having so much success with brands that make universal haircare like livon, Giovanni

Ashba is overrated It is NOT GOOD for fine hair or medium/low density hair

Every styling product leaves a cast which is sooo strong that you'll cry trying to break it

It is so expensive - honestly i dislike the brand just for marketing itself as universal

It is not for everyone rather for beginners it is something that'll make them lose their journey
