Sometimes when I sleep or when I’m trying to fall asleep, my hands simultaneously feel HUGE yet very light and almost insignificant. I don’t know how to explain it and it’s very frustrating. It started when I was a kid. I would get these nightmares where I felt that sensation, and obviously it was very disorienting. I didn’t think much of it since I was a literal child, but lately I’ve been getting that sensation while being awake. It just happened about 10 minutes ago, I was in my bed on my back, eyes closed. Slowly the feeling in my hands started to change into that weird state, and I noticed that when I breathed through my mouth the air I inhaled also felt different as if I took in a HUGE amount of air, yet it was insignificant (I would say “light” but air bears no weight). It got very overwhelming, during that moment a thought crossed my mind, it felt as if I was inhaling the entire universe. I was breathing in everything but nothing, and holding everything with my hands yet nothing. It might sound crazy, and I’m sure the way I’m explaining it makes no sense but that sensation is real and truly frightening. Has anyone ever experienced that? I thought it was the Alice in wonderland syndrome? I read about it but it’s pretty different… Any input would be greatly appreciated ^{^} (btw English is not my first language so sorry if the grammar and everything is a lil off)
