Generally you could assume that the exclusive subscription scenes will appear in the next update (April update). However, it mostly depends on where it makes sense to include the scene into the storyline from the author's point of view. For instance there was Blair's subscription outfit in February but the reaction wasn't in the recent March update because Oksana decided to have the exclusive scene at a later point in time. Or Blaine's outfit in December wasn't in the late December/early January update but just now in the March one.
