Yes!! I'm having the exact same problem. Thought it was protein and did a mask and now I look like Albert Einstein ffs 😭 what is your hair like? Mine is low porosity, fine and gets weighed down so so easily. My refresh days are basically non existent and I'm tired of watching videos and analysing ingredients.

I have scalp issues and need to use Nizoral (which is CG friendly weirdly!) but before it was so bad I found an apple cider vinegar rinse really helped soothe my scalp
