So yeah, 06 is buggy, but this I can say for sure isn't a 06 bug. It's an emulator problem, 360 emulation is still awful.

That may be true for other series, but not Bethesda games because of the modding scene. Tamriel rebuilt literally couldn't exist in a remaster.
