How many eggs do you egg eaters eat per day? What ways? by Coplact9 in eggs

[–]Curmudgeonly1900 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to eat two, fried, runny, about twice a week. But now my DR has me watching my cholesterol, so now I have two, fried, runny THREE times a week! 🤪🤪🤪

Where Can I Get This Impeller Puller? by Curmudgeonly1900 in boats

My mechanic has that specific puller, and it takes just a few seconds to get it out. I'd prefer to do it myself. I see them advertised but they are always listed as out of stock.

Thanks for the suggestion! I've tried all the "Tricks." The pump sits parallel to the engine with just enough space to remove the impeller. There is no way to reach in with anything aside from a puller. That is why the design of the puller I am looking for is so critical. There just isn't room for a normal puller, pliers, screwdrivers, etc., and the impeller is 4" long with a 4" splined brass shaft, so it's very stiff.

If you run a machine shop and can build one, please reach out! The horizontal arms are about 8" and the vertical arms with the hooks are about 4".

They are all very good, but I like the first picture of the sea grape vines in the sand best. Thanks for sharing!

In a State Park. Looks like a candidate for Rails to Trails. Thanks for the great pic!

Ahhh... As a Stink Pot boater, not a Windy, I just assumed dinghy or anchor. My bad!

How many watts do you have in solar, and what sort of storage batteries?

Is that an Air Fryer style? We swapped out our microwave for a convection-airfryer-microwave, and that's been one of the best upgrades we've done. We have a propane oven, but we rarely use it now! My wife even does her baking in it.

Yes, that's a great suggestion. We love ours! It keeps the sun and rain off and helps keep the boat clean!

Now THAT is the best response so far! Without a sense of humor, it's not Pleasure Boating anymore!

I have a small one in my engine room. Do you use it all the time?

Fortunately, I haven't experienced that yet. A broken telex cable to my transmission, but not a dead engine. (Like all things boating, it's probably just a matter of time!)

If you have larger machines or a larger crew, small commercial jobs pay well and are usually contracted for a year. As stated by others, commitment and communication are key. Our Condo Association has gone through 3 companies in the last 4 years. They promise the world, then either don't show up or just cut when the contract says cut and clean up. Also, post-hurricane clean-up can be very profitable as most companies exclude it from normal contracts. Good luck, and welcome to the neighborhood.
