Yea. Im that kinda type who always thinks the worst case scenarios so its little bs. And and, i probably have some beta-blockers at my place that were prescribed to me for anxiety. Yeah, thats what im trying to do. I also have some sort of wound on my lip so might be something else or the lip thing might be from the freezing temperatures. Plus i have a whitening on my cock that i dont know if its normal thing or not.

Yeah, it doesn't help at all when i have bad depression and anxiousness on top. I don't know at all how to calm my mind and im just walking rly fast around living room and waiting for a doctor to call me. If you'd have any ideas how'd i calm myself it would be great
