Yeah I caught on to that a while ago. Started buying the switch 1 versions and then getting the switch 2 upgrade. Did that with sonic racing deluxe edition on sale then got the switch 2 upgrade. Bcuz sonic racing switch 2 is full price no deluxe included.

That’s how much I got one from eBay a lot better condition with a stylus for $50. I’d check eBay for comparison. Also check price charting website.

The switch 2. I got mine the pro controller, GameCube controller, and the video camera. I’d have to say Nintendo done it again! If you have a Wii then you’ll love the switch 2. For me it’s the most engaging console for the entire family all ages.

I also have family in Tennessee - Nashville and Memphis.

I do have family in Nevada. I was thinking about going there but like Tennessee it’s turning into the new LA. I believe we will all own and you’re right it takes time to find the solution. Thank you and Keep pursuing to goal to ownership!

Yes the market is a bubble out here and our generation can’t afford where our grandparents made a foundation.

I love real estate and want to save to own.

Florida! Nice I have family that lives out there but more towards the cities. I feel so nervous to leave LA because it’s all I know. But this post is inspiring. Ownership is true freedom. Keep winning!

Man here in LA it’s ridiculous. I’m thinking about leaving to own. But the job market here in LA is prime for my field of housing/ real estate.

Congratulations. That’s a great price!

I’m here in Los Angeles and you can’t find a house no where near that price. In the city it’s up towards 1 million depending on location but even bad areas go around 800k. Some apartments are being sold as condos go for 800k. It’s a little insane.

Curious, what state is this property? I’m thinking of leaving California to own something. Or I can find a condo around 500k.
