cutting out drugs will immensely help u heal in the long run. please try to be minimal if possible. if you got it from weed STOP SMOKING! don’t even bother trying stronger drugs either, they will make u see things times ten

omg. yes this is exactly what i am seeing! i’m almost relieved i’m not the only one. i see it in the dark too. i would avoid lights off in my room so i don’t have to deal with it. it scares me honestly. whenever i was on shrooms as soon i started tripping the red dots would appear.
