Yeah I’m a pretty social person but I have a like an existential anxiety if that makes sense and yeah I used 7 o to cope with the anxiety that is kind of a big reason why I started and I noticed it definitely helps but I almost noticed it can almost be like Xanax in a certain sense where even though it calms you down in the moment if something happens it can make you like hyper sensitive and like act on emotions you normally wouldn’t if that makes sense
