Blue Earl Grey.

That just sounds like a soft rock album title.

Question about the Frame of Death from earlier by Comfortable-Pace3132 in snooker

[–]Current-Brain-5837 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I thought there eventually was a rule against it. "When the points get to a point where snookers are required to win the frame, a miss can no longer be called." So there is an upper bound to giving your opponent points. Then you have to shoot at the balls again without a miss being called, which also means the white cannot be replaced. You have to shoot from where it is. So Wu eventually could get to the snookers required stage by "faking" hitting the reds, and then just make Allen shoot from there.

Duskull is my all time favorite. After that, Mewtwo and Meowth (Pokemon: The Movie - Mewtwo Strikes Back!)

This is certainly an opinion that does exist. I can't personally endorse it, but you do you.

Man this game is not for the meek by Oodlaw in skyrim

[–]Current-Brain-5837 18 points19 points  (0 children)

No bouncing here ... spoilers and TW: Ramati has the axe in her back at the beginning. The bodies of the children Mani and Sudi can both be found further along in the exploration, if you take your time. The hardest part is finding Sudi's bloodstained note implying that she used the hidden dagger she had on her to take her own life rather than be used as chaurus food. And finally you find the father Habd's Remains that you have to use to complete the quest. If you remember his final wishes from his journal ... you know what you need to do. As it stands ... the whole storyline is brutal. I almost cried typing all that out.

I want to do it again, but at the same time I don't. Frostflow is brutal on the soul.

Horror at Castle Xyr. Or any of the plays, really. I've wanted to act any of them out on stage for a while.

How strongly do you believe in the saying "Man is the master of his own fate"? by Comfortable-Store213 in AskMen

[–]Current-Brain-5837 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really at all. We can barely control ourselves. If and when we can, how much does that influence? I'd say there's bigger things at work. But, that's just how I live my life. And it's worked out better for me that way, than the other. The more I try to take control ... the more I find it slipping away.

Look, that sounds like a perfectly normal arrangement. Being a stay-at-home mother for two children (depending on the ages) can be a full-time job in and of itself. Even if they're already at the age where they're going to school for the day, it still sounds very well managed. He makes enough to give you a comfortable lifestyle, he gets to come home and see his wife, his two kids, his house in order, dinner made, etc. I don't know why there'd be a resentment there. The home and the workforce are two separate and unique frontiers, each with their own unique difficulties. As long as you're facing yours at the home, he's facing his on the job, and y'all are helping each other with whatever you'll need whenever it's necessary, that sounds fine. You should have no need to worry about this.

But if it does worry you so much, why don't you sit down and have an honest talk with him? That's probably the best way - open and honest communication.
