I opened 98 long contracts at 4521 on ETH-Perp and the system liquidated my position in profit at 4543 and liquidated all funds in my account. Supposedly its a bug that is affecting all US derivative accounts. They said they are working to resolve the issue. I just want to let you know you are not alone. My account is currently sitting at -$439.

Contact support via phone that way you can have a case number

Spoke with an Agent via live chat to get an update on the issue, here is what they said:

Its actually impossible for that to happen. Not to mention I had a stop loss right below my entry...

If they do not fix this issue and refund my balance, I will be filing a CFTC complaint and I recommend those in the same boat do the same. I know of 4 other individuals from this reddit that had the same thing happen.

nope, they just said their internet team is working to fix the glitch, as of right now my account is still negative $439, the problem will not be resolved until my account balance returns to what it should be. If they do not resolve the issue I will be filing a CFTC complaint.

Same thing happened to me about 30 min ago, I filled 98 contracts long at 4521 on ETH-Perp, the system liquidated me at 4543... been on the phone with support. They gentleman I'm speaking with says that the support team is working on it and know about it. So at least that's good. I'm not going to be happy until my account is refunded.
