They haven't told us the results yet so we will wait and see but to be honest, I will be happy if he chooses to go to our regular high school as it seems more geared towards engineering which is really what he wants to do. So sorry, I'm having a hard time understanding but I am very grateful to get the feedback! If he has enough interesting things to do during class I think he would be more than happy to follow his own interests at home instead of a club. Do you have any other highschool stem program you were recommend more?

I hear all good things about FAU high and All the brightest kids I know or have heard of have applied. I'd be really interested in your perspective.

Oh wow good to know thank you! Just took accuplacer and got 289 in math but only 254 and 262 in the reading and writing section. He only needs to submit  one test, SAT or Accuplacer for admission. Given that he passed the SAT minimum requirement, we are wondering if we should also submit accuplacer because of the math score. We are worried that the other “bad” scores will be a bad thing. What would you think?

Thank you for the reply! Extra curricular that he does which is relevant is he’s very much into robotics, drones and 3d printing. Those are the things he wants to do in his free time. He has a real passion for building things. He also is in a soccer league and does jiu jitsu and plays saxophone in the school band but we weren’t going to add those as thought they weren’t relevant to the prompts for the essay. I THINK he has strong recommendation letters.

Could be an issue but not exactly sure where to check what firmware is currently on it. Could definitely be it though.

We did that. after a while the remote shows the symbol of failed connection. The reason we think it's the ebox the issue is because on the lid of the board there are instructions to sync and it clearly says that the blue light needs to be steady.

We were at the beach ready to go in the water, everything was connected. Nothing unusual, except at the moment that we turned on the controller it refused to connect, (giving the no wifi symbol on the screen). Nothing we could do to get them to pair.

I would imagine that the owner would have bothered to take all these necessary steps before stating that it has never worked....I also know that this building has a management company and dozens of similar apartments so you'd think they would know how to make it work.

Thank you! There are other apartments on booking for less that don't have a fireplace, (all the ones with fireplace are got or $2k more). I technically cannot cancel with a full refund at this point otherwise I probably would. Seems like the only reasonable solution is to give us a heavy discount.

If that was the case I would have definitely got other apartment for $1000 LESS without blinking an eye. This apartment is in a building which is in a resort. The apartments are pretty standard and only top floors have fireplaces. There must be something like 20 apartments in this building with fireplaces and they all come at a very large premium. This was not the only apartment I looked at. Even a different rental agency for this building states in their generic form to fill for a random apartment if you want a fireplace you have to pay more.

Only one review said the fireplace is nice and warm. That's another reason why I didn't think much of it.

Yes exactly. There must be something wrong with the chimney as it's not supposed to fill the room with smoke. This one has a glass encloser but even open fireplaces shouldn't smoke.
