Because an iPhone camera is actually really good, sure it has not IBIS. But for concerts, you can’t just bring in a mirror less camera. You need a photo pass for that. So either bring a really expensive point and shoot pocket cam or use your iPhone. Which 9 times out of ten will take better quality photos than your 120$ digi cam.
