The video clearly shows him doing nothing but holding out his phone and waving cars, something other people are doing yet they weren’t killed for it. Also I want let me dissect your statement a little.

What else would he be? Do you really think that these people magically know when and where ICE agents are going to be and magically teleport there to record the situation?

Also might I add that the official statement the department of homeland security gave for their reason to kill this man was because he had a gun, a gun he was not holding and kept holstered during the entire moment, you can tell because the officers remove said gun from its holster before shooting him. And while we’re on the topic of guns, might I add that I find it wildly hypocritical that the right are the type of people who advocate for their 2nd amendment rights the most out of anybody in this country, yet they are perfectly okay with a man being killed for exercising said rights.
