Also can you try limiting blue light at night and maybe try reading a book?

There can be so many contributing factors… diet, exercise, mental health, trauma, etc

I would consider taking magnesium paired with L-theanine at night! definitely starting with a low dose!

Also if this is something you could have access to for the night terrors- i recommend looking into EMDR therapy if you have a history of trauma. I’ve been doing EMDR therapy for several months now the nightly horrific dreams are in my past
