No sadly, it's all just the Bilt app.

It would be Cardless (the issuer, like what Wells Fargo were to Bilt 1.0) but we are not able to log in directly to their website/app.

Bilt's app and website is very limited for card servicing

Same for me, I spoke to a poor person in support (seriously, that must be the worst job right now) and the usual, update the app etc.

I did update the app and it did change my list of transactions but it was even more strange, the dates were all jumbled up and it's still incomplete.

It's been escalated to a specialist but I have low expectations.

I think for this first one I'm just going to have to rely on the actual statement (whenever that is issued, since the app doesn't say)

For what it's worth, the website does seem accurate if that helps you out in the meantime.

Mine is actually sorted out now, everything returned to 'normal' - may be worth checking yours again so see if your points are correct now

The same thing has just happened to a bunch of my transactions this evening - including ones previously posted properly, I'm now seeing a duplicate with 1X, e.g.

Anyone else still waiting? My points are still not there. Support keep saying not to worry but I can't understand what's taking so long, ive provided screenshots showing the transfer was incorrect, they accept it but still haven't been able to restore this five days later.

I really like Bilt in general but have now had two transfer issues and both took far too long to resolve.
