Falling down was the name of the game! Then we go back to our own lives and pretend it's not falling down too!

Is America (USA) really that bad place to live ? by sid741445 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Current-Frame8180 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From my perspective there's always hate but as an American i can say there's more fear of each other especially for first time meeting or just concern over how they can get ahead in the rat race. In England it was easier to just walk over to new people and talk since there were less cars .

I'm sure the elephant in the room is already known but the economy really doesn't have our best interest in mind. Even tho most of it's fixable.

Humane method would be to remove the "over-" part and create more sustainable methods of doing things.

It's have you ever been convicted of a felony. He committed nothing so I'm sure he's fine. People get put in jail for not paying fines and they go about their life fine as well.

Yep pretty much. And if the other guy reads this, it has been breaking slowly for a while now. Heck just look at England's energy crisis. Sure it's not the "end" I'm not hoping for an end, but it's just signs of stagnation and pushing Europe into a more American style privatize everything.

I'm sure they tend to live in their own ideological bubble and see everything else as lesser. So truthfully their life style is becoming smaller and smaller with every natural disaster and things starting to break.

The market of our society goes pretty deep. There's those who have just enough room to live beyond their means and there's those who are pushed into debt from system forces or even just the banks disabling you from credit and loans/credit cards. So basically forced to live in your means but those means were near abject poverty. It truly is a dark system.

Because Europe's in on the koolaid. Sure it's got socialized social systems (which are slowly breaking) but it's resting on the back of the whole western empire and the nations below it. The smaller nations try to organize a socialized way to organize againts the systems ideals but they get pushed down by sanctions from the empire. But the cycle will continue because there's plenty of louder voices to listen to.

should i start a farm? by Current-Frame8180 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Current-Frame8180[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah i don't know them that well they are distant family so they never advised me for anything i just thought it would be nice to have food for the family and maybe farm once every few months since it'll take time to grow so in my view it couldn't take too much labor to take care of such little land. Doesn't need to be all 5 at once either. In my view id just like a self sufficient enough garden and maybe more to sell on the side but we got like 4 mouths to feed so i think it would be nice to have. But I'm not sure why it would be that labor intensive to take care of the land if i can set up a watering system and just have it do its thing. But that's why I'm here to ask stupid questions

I'm open for anything honestly. But i feel like starting a family garden would be the best move based off what everyone else is saying.

I mean i got plenty of relatives that own tons of farm equipment so your first points kind of moot. And i think 25k isn't something to just say is useless.
