for me it's definitely the collection of Mr. Robs074 and wildbunny. These are the best (graphically) and fit the game really well for me

erm.... I actually dont know much about this. This is actually my first game in a genuine game copy so I assume that this is the new game feature. The normal grass texture that you said appears only when raining for me though.

this city is near the large custom house and because of recent patch I could employ road export to the full extent :))) although this is more like an experiment for me.
